Day 4

Well I did it - I signed up at Total Fitness. I have my induction on Monday. I joined on the off peak membership and I can't wait to get started. The place is huge and airy and nice, and the staff are lovely :)

Breakfast: Half a bagel with cottage cheese and a Yakut yogurt

Lunch: Two chicken lattice slices (dh brought them home)

Dinner: Scampi, new potatos and lettuce.

Treat: Small amount of chocolate

Day 2

Breakfast: Slimfast milkshake (+ vit tablet)

Lunch: Bagel with low-fat cottage cheese, followed by banana

Dinner: chicken soup with noodles and veg

Treat: strip of chocolate

Declutter - Kitchen and downstairs loo

Following on from yesterday's cleaning of my major work surface, today I did the floor.

Floor, part one: put clothes into laundry, picked up rubbish spilt out of the bin by dog, swept floor, put detergant into bin.

The kitchen still needs work, but it looks a little better.

Downstairs loo: ditched all the empty loo rolls that have stacked up, cleared out the paper someone decided to put in the sink, put towel to wash.
